STEPHEN F. MONE
Stephen F. Mone is an Irish singer/songwriter armed with a guitar, some good-humoured small talk and a great big smile. Not one to stay in one box; he flays his emotions in the sombre tones of love songs and ballads, and he doesn't pull punches on the tunes, jams and bangers either. Armed with his guitar, his bardic brogue and a couple of specials effects pedals for extra flavour, he lays the foundation for some great vibes whatever the occasion. His own songwriting sits somewhere between bittersweet-bubblegum pop and indie strummers; pulling influence from 70s-era songwriters to pop music machines like Ed Sheeran. Having featured on both BBC Introducing Northern Ireland's Across The Line and BBC Introducing Sheffield, his own original music has been touted as barnstorming indie-pop in the same vein as Reverend & the Makers, Jamie T and Paolo Nutini.
